Can I decide who I want as my Trainer.....?

Yes of course, however it will also depend on your training hour, the trainer's availability and the location you are training at.

Does 1 trainer train me or whichever trainer is available at that hour.....?

Hey, you are paying for Personal 1 on 1 Training, we do not pass you around. You will have 1 appointed trainer throughout your package.

What payment modes are accepted?

Full payment before the start of your first session is appreciated and the norm. You can pay by Check issued to your trainer's name, by Cash or Bank Transfer into your trainer's account. All transactions are in Singapore Dollars.

Why must I choose a trainer who is certified?

All our Trainers must be certified by Internationally recognized schools. We are not backyard gym rats making a quick buck out of you. This is our profession, we do this full-time!

Do I have to pay anything extra other than the package price?

The packages include the use of the gym and its facilities like swimming pool and sauna at no extra cost. You can use the facilities before or after your training session with your trainer. Please call if you have further enquiries regarding operation hours of the different locations or our services. We look forward to meeting you soon!
